High Road, North Finchley

I took these photos I think in 1964, of demolition of the Grand Hall, North Finchley. At the time I believe the building was then known as the Odeon Cinema, which I frequented as a child in the late 1940s.

Comments:
The Grand Hall Cinema was at 704-708 High Road and the Odeon was further up on the same side, at number 886-902. Your photograph must have been taken before 1962 as the picture shows a trolleybus and the overhead wires. Trolleybuses disappeared in January 1962
