An electricity junction box, a new bus shelter, an LT time clock and a telephone box photographd on 10 November 1936 in Oakleigh Road North at the junction wih Russell Lane. The bus conductor had to insert a special log card into the machine which would be stamped with the location, date and time to provide a record of the service. These time clocks were fairly uncommon and took the place of bus inspectors who would make sure that buses were running on time. Photograph from LT Museum
