Green Line T 449 heads along Kingsway on route K1 (Leatherhead to Baldock) in 1938. A tram is in the background but its days would be numbered - trolleybus wires are already in place and trolleybuses would replace trams completely by 7 March 1938 (Postcard by Photomatic)
