The Compton organ from the Gaumont ended up in The Plough Inn in Great Munden, Hertfordshire where recitals were given. The pub was closed in 2003 and the organ was bought by a collector (Photo John Donovan)

Colin & I remember it well. Sometimes we watch the Talking Pictures Channel which has an organ playing before the films start and remember the Gaumont Finchley Organ.
