Summers Lane, c 1910, looking West towards where Woodgrange Ave. stands on the right and Finchley Rugby and Football club grounds are just round the bend on the left. Girl with tennis racquet possibly in uniform of Finchley County Grammar School.

This is strange. I immediately recognized the trees on the right, even though this was taken about 60 years before I was there. I was born in Woodgrange Ave, and went to school at summer side, To the right of where these trees are. We climbed up the large tree in the extreme right hand corner of this photo.....can't believe it.
