The publican c1968/69 was Harry Gimmack & his wife Marri. Little fellow, looked like Arthur Askey without the glasses. I remember once Big Al (from York Way) throwing a punch there at a traveller who stuck a lighted fag into the back of his hand. It was like that back then.
