Water pump building at former Friern Hospital 2004

Former water pump building for Friern Barnet Mental Hospital on top of the water supply underground tanks. The hospital was self sufficient in water so presumably there was a well in the grounds. Photo taken in 2004 from Martock Gardens in Friern Village.
