The Three Horseshoes, Friern Barnet Lane

There is a horse trough outside the pub. This postcrad is undated, but the photograph has to have been taken after 1905 because of the presence of the overhead tram wires

Comments:
A horse which has lost a shoe has only three. Many pubs like this one had a farrier in attendance in a workshop at the rear, hence 3 Horseshoes
