Whetstone High Road. looking North, c1930. Totteridge Lane on the left, Oakleigh Road North to the right. Policeman in centre directing (very little) traffic. The "pirate" bus outside The Griffin was on route 551 to Sparklets Works, Edmonton. This route ceased on Sunday 20 March 1932
