Can anyone help with information on this group of worthies, taken by Fred Shaw, a local photographer? Fred is the gentleman in the flat cap in the back row. I can identify the man standing next to him as E. G. Wilkinson, an electrician from Ramsden Rd. Fred was in the British Legion so perhaps a connection there, or maybe the chamber of commerce? Could this perhaps be in Bethune Pk.? All ideas welcome (photo permission of Special Collections & Archives Department, University of Liverpool)
