This is John Henry (Jack) Piper standing outside the shop at 7, Doncaster Terrace, Oakleigh Road taken in the late 1920's. Jack managed the shop for his brother Joseph William Piper my late grandfather.

My Great Great Grandmother Sarah Grimsey ran the shop Before Jack Piper.

This is my Dad. I was born in the flat above it in January 1930 and he celebrated by giving ham sandwiches and port to the local customers. Dad died later that year. I am now 90 years old.
