Thank you. The book is about Maymyo, a hill station in Burma. A writer by the name of Beth Elli, originally from Wigan and who later lived in Maymyo attended Halliwick Manor school. Thank you for the permission.

My late grandma used to live in the house with her parents and 11 brothers and sisters for free. Her father Harry Hutchings being a police man at the time was asked to look after the house for a few years until it was put up for sale in 1930. I have a few pictures inside and out with the original family. If anyone is interested send me an email
