Welch Study Investors is a Friern Bridge Retail Park study project that focuses on stores. It was acquired by DTZ Investors in Friern Bridge Retail Park in Barnet, London in December 2013 for £60-65m and 68% of store including PC World, Dunelm, Harveys Furniture & Bensons for Beds, Smyths Toy Superstores, Pets at Home, Carpetright, Halfords, Furniture Village, Currys, B&Q, TradePoint, McDonalds, Costa, Subway & Estate Office.
