My school friends Christine Eaton, Janet Lovell and Dileys Peacock and I spent many happy hours playing in this park. Around 1962/63. We all lived in New Southgate. We would catch a bus and spend all day in the park? That's when we weren't putting song and dance shows. We lots of fun in the summer holidays.
